To minimise costs, Cintra will seek to provide you with a locally based interpreter in order to reduce travel costs. There are circumstances where languages are considered ‘rare’ in the UK or in our region, Cintra have an obligation to inform you this and that the interpreter(s) will need to cover significant distances. In such circumstances it may be more cost-effective to book a telephone interpreter if the situation allows. You can always request a quote before agreeing for a booking to go ahead.
