Most of the drug treatment services in Norfolk offer an open-access policy, which means that you can contact them directly and they will arrange an appointment with you. Some agencies also offer a drop-in service where you can access a duty worker at set times without an appointment. You can also speak to your GP who may be able to help or refer you to a specialist agency.
