Community Alcohol and Drugs Service
The Community Alcohol and Drugs Service (CADS) is a specialist, supportive and non-judgemental service working for over 21 years with people who have issues with alcohol or drug misuse across West Norfolk and Thetford.
Drug Interventions Programme
The Drug Interventions Programme (DIP) works to successfully identify drug misusing offenders, to provide a comprehensive and standard assessment of their treatment and other support needs, and to effectively work to help break the cycle of drugs and offending for clients within the programme. In Norfolk, DIP is delivered by two operational teams; the Matthew Project's Custody and Case Management Team and the Norfolk and Suffolk Probation Trusts' Criminal Justice Interventions Team (CJIT).

The Matthew Project
The Matthew Project is a charity based in Norfolk working with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. They provide drug education to young people helping them to understand the risks of drugs and alcohol. The Matthew Project has workers based throughout Norfolk, in Thetford, Kings Lynn, North Norfolk, Great Yarmouth and Norwich.
The Matthew Project Under 18 Service
The Under 18 Service provides universal, targeted and specialist interventions for young people under 18 across Norfolk.

The Matthew Project Custody and Case Managment Team
The Matthew Project Custody and Case Management Team is offered to anyone over the age of 18 and who has been arrested and whose drug use is connected to their offending.

The Matrix Project
The Matrix Project is a free and confidential NHS health support service offered to
male and female sex workers, and former sex workers, and their families, across Norfolk.
Drop-in clinics
Based at the Adelaide Street Health Centre off Dereham Road Norwich, no appointment necessary. Operating between Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm
‘Matrix Bus’ Mobile Clinics
Operating in and around Norwich most evenings between Monday to Friday, from 7.15pm till late
NORCAS
NORCAS offers tailored solutions for anyone affected by an alcohol or drug problem and operates across the county. NORCAS also offers a range of dedicated services for young people aged 25 and under, adults and clients over 50 years of age.
Trust Alcohol and Drugs Service
Trust Alcohol and Drugs Service (TADS) provides a clinical treatment service for clients who have drug and/or alcohol problems. TADS has bases in Norwich, Hellesdon and Great Yarmouth.
