Introduction

Substance misuse has the potential to impact negatively on young people’s
chances of achieving each of the five Every Child Matters outcomes - Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoy and Achieve, Make a Positive Contribution and Achieve Economic Well-being.

N-DAP aims to reduce the harm caused by substance misuse to young people by coordinating the local delivery of drug prevention, early intervention and treatment services.
